Hello dear friends and family,

Juan de Dios here, writing this from the heart.

In early 2025, during a season when life felt uncertain and challenging, something beautiful was born. What began as a necessity became a calling. Ba’ax Ka Wa'alik Café Kombucha, a space created not just to serve coffee and kombucha, but to nourish body, spirit, and community.

We started small, selling about a liter of kombucha per week. With patience, faith, and the support of kind people like you, we now serving over 50 liters each week. What once felt fragile is now growing strong.

Our little café is full of warmth, laughter, and connection… but we have outgrown the space. The growth that has blessed us is now inviting us to take the next step.

We have found a new location — a space that truly feels aligned with our purpose. A place where we can install our ovens, bake fresh sourdough bread, and create a welcoming environment where families gather, conversations flow, and healthy food is shared with love.

To make this transition possible, we need 90,000 MXN to cover:

• Rent, deposit, and contract fees
• Installing our bread ovens
• Tables and chairs to welcome our community
• A proper bread display counter
• The foundation to move from surviving… to truly thriving

This is not just about expanding a business.

It is about:
