? Help Me Bring My Coloring Books Into Local Shops
A Small, Heartfelt Step for a Tiny Creative Business
Hello, sweet friends.
My name is Kathleen, and I’m the creator behind Butter & Doodles — a tiny, whimsical corner of the world where gentle stories and cozy coloring books are made with love, one page at a time. I’ve poured my heart into creating books that feel soft, safe, and full of wonder for little hands and big imaginations.
Right now, most of my books live online, tucked away on Amazon or shared through Facebook posts. But my dream — the one that keeps tugging at my sleeve — is to place these books right into local shops, where families can discover them in person, flip through the pages, and feel that spark of joy that only a real book can give.
To do that, I need something simple but important:
sturdy, beautiful wooden book stands that can hold my coloring books in stores.
I’ll be building these stands myself — sanding, staining, assembling, and making sure they feel as warm and welcoming as the books they’ll hold. But lumber, hardware, tools, and finishing supplies add up quickly, and as a one‑woman creative business, I’m reaching out for a little help.
? What Your Support Will Help Build
Your kindness will go directly toward:
Every dollar helps me take one more step toward bringing these books into the hands of children and families in my own community.
? Why This Matters
Local shops are the heart of small towns. They’re where neighbors meet, where stories are shared, where little ones tug on sleeves and say, “Look at this!” I want my books to be part of that magic — not hidden behind an algorithm, but sitting proudly on a shelf where someone can fall in love with them at first sight.
Your support doesn’t just help me grow my business.
It helps me bring gentle, imaginative moments to families right here at home.
? A Note From My Heart
If you choose to give — whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply a kind word — please know how deeply grateful I am. This dream is small, but it’s meaningful. And with your help, I can take this next brave, hopeful step.
Thank you for believing in tiny creators, handmade dreams, and the quiet magic of children’s books.
With warmth and gratitude,
Kathleen
