GiveSendGo Invites People to Join Its Industry-First Giver Army and 'Make Every Day Giving Tuesday'

BOSTON, Mass. — GiveSendGo, the global leader in online fundraising, is calling people nationwide to make a lasting impact this Giving Tuesday by joining its Giver Army—a community committed to supporting those in need across GiveSendGo through monthly generosity.

“While Giving Tuesday highlights the spirit of giving back, especially in this holiday season, at GiveSendGo we believe in being generous every day,” said Heather Wilson, Co-founder of GiveSendGo. “Every day should feel like Giving Tuesday because generosity is a habit, not just a one-time event."

GiveSendGo is leading the way in the crowdfunding industry with its Giver Army, a new approach to generosity that allows people to make monthly donations to GiveSendGo Charities causes like crisis response, pro-life, animal rescue and care, rescue and rehabilitation, as well as a general fund. Donations are pooled within each cause to create grants, which are then distributed to support campaigns in need on GiveSendGo.com.

“You might think, ‘I don’t have much to give,’ but every dollar has the potential to change lives,”  said Josh Weber, Interim Director of GiveSendGo Charities. “Whether it’s $5 or $100, your gift, combined with others in the Giver Army, can rebuild a home after a disaster, support a foster family, or fund a missionary team.”

Giver Army members also receive exclusive benefits, such as a RightNow Media subscription, an end-of-year tax-deductible receipt, an invitation to the annual Giver Gala, and quarterly updates showcasing the lives they’ve impacted through their donations.
