Help Me Appeal & Defend Our Rights!
I’m Skyler Richardson, and I need your help to fight an unjust conviction.
I was arrested and charged simply for filming police in public, a right protected under the First Amendment.
During that encounter, I was tackled, choked, and arrested — all while I was on public property and doing nothing illegal. The video evidence exists and shows the truth, yet a jury still returned a guilty verdict placed me on probation.
My attorney, CJ Grisham, is ready to file an appeal to challenge that verdict and defend my rights. The cost to pursue that appeal is $5,000, and every dollar you give goes directly toward legal expenses.
This fight isn’t just about one case — it’s about ensuring that the right to peacefully record and hold those in power accountable remains real for all of us.
